Web site overhaul

Cleaned and updated the way the site looks and works.  The old one was close to 200 Megs and taking up to much space.  This one is similar but with some new features.  The problem is that, with the fill-in sections; I can't find where the information is being stored.  Obviously a large problem, I'll either need to figure it out or get rid of them all together!
